By giving us your email or phone number, you agree to receive text messages and emails about your program. Participation is voluntary. Message and data rates may apply according to your cellular provider, and Literacy Phoenix is not responsible for any charges. You may unsubscribe from emails or revoke consent for communications at any time by emailing support@literacyphoenix.org. We do not sell your personal information, and it is protected under FERPA and applicable privacy laws.

ADE-Funded Program Data Requirements

To participate in adult education programs funded by the Arizona Department of Education (ADE), you must allow your information to be entered into and shared with required adult education data systems, including the state testing platform and all WIOA Core Partners’ systems. Your information will be shared with ADE-funded programs, your instructors, and the Arizona Department of Education. This information is used for program operations, instruction, employment opportunities, and reporting. Reports use only non-identifying, aggregate data. Providing this information is required to attend ADE-funded programs.

Student Record Protections

Your student records are protected under the federal FERPA law, Arizona law, and Literacy Phoenix policies. You have the right to view your records and limit access to directory information that would otherwise be public

Third-Party Platforms

Literacy Phoenix may use third-party platforms, such as Essential Education and Burlington English, to provide program services. Any information shared through these platforms is handled in accordance with their privacy policies. Our website may also use cookies or analytics tools to improve user experience, but no personally identifiable information is collected without your consent. Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to meet program, ADE, or legal requirements.
